We use Australia Post calculators and actual in-person Australia Post quotes to decide on our postal rates. These are generally based on the total weight of your order and the zone of the destination. This means that you can order a large number of smaller items (they don’t weigh much) for the same price as ordering just one.
We offer free shipping to Australian customers for orders over $150.00 in a single order. All items must be in stock at time of purchase and shipped together on the same consignment. Free shipping excludes all backorders. Total value of your orders must be $150.00 or more excluding any freight fees. Orders under $1500.00 standard shipping costs apply. This is standard road transport and not express transport. If you require express please advise our sales team and they can assist for a freight quote.

Can I collect my items?

We are offering free pick-up for Kids Music Beat term booking clients. We will arrange for your items to be delivered to your music group venue for collection, or you can collect your items from KMBHQ. This service is available to Kids Music Beat Term Booking and Annual Pass customers. If you haven’t already got one, get in touch with us for your pick-up only coupon code so we won’t charge you for shipping.

If what you are looking for isn’t listed on our site, just email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are constantly researching new stock with the aim of meeting the needs of our customers.There’s a good chance we can either get it in or point you in the right direction.
The item I want is out of stock, when will it be available?
If what you are looking for is out of stock it means you have good taste and that it is a popular item!. We are continually restocking but if you need it quickly, please email email@example.com, we will be able to tell you how long it will take and put one aside for you so you don’t miss out again.
How long after I order and pay for my item does it get sent?
We aim to ship all orders within two working days of your order and payment being received. If there are any delays, we will email you directly.

I’m a Registered Music Therapist… do discounts apply and what can you offer me?
Shipments are lodged in Brisbane, with different Australia Post delivery times applicable to each zone. Yes, we offer discounts on most products to RMTs. When you place a minimum instrument order of $110.00 (excluding postage) you will receive a discount of 10%. We are more than happy to put together a quote for the products you require so that you can consider your options. We are very aware of the needs of RMTs and with years of experience as an RMT, and in purchasing for MT programs and facilities, we can also lend support and advice as required. Just drop us a line on email@example.com. If you’d like to go ahead and order online, email us with your student or registration details and we will send you a coupon code so you can received your discount. That way you can pay it yourself or have your workplace pay if you wish.
