All payments are due within 14 days of being invoiced. A 10% late fee will be incurred for every week that a payment is overdue. If payment is dependent on external funding, this will be taken into account when enforcing late fees.
Without notice or within 0-12 hrs of scheduled session
90% full fee
Sessions cancelled 12-24 hrs before scheduled session
50% full fee
Please make every effort to give as much notice if you cannot attend a session. This allows for the best possible use of the therapist’s time. Though these cancellation fees are enforced, it is understood that notice cannot always be given due to illness and other unforseen circumstances, so a make-up session will be organised wherever possible. A travel subsidy fee will still incur if the therapist has travelled to the location before being notified of a cancellation.
